Sharpen your science teaching skills! NHMU offers a variety of professional development opportunities to increase the efficacy of teaching science. These opportunities enabled teachers to:
- Learn about science from the perspective of their students
- Work side-by-side with Museum scientists
- Gain access to unique teaching resources
Educators repeatedly report that they leave NHMU workshops in a better position to engage and support the student scientists in their own classrooms!
See an overview of workshops to be offered throughout this year. We encourage educators who will be bringing school groups to the Museum for self-guided field trips to register for the Field Trip Workshops!
