Join us for the Presidents' Day Weekend Celebration featuring Chocolate: The Exhibition at Natural History Museum of Utah! Celebrate with:
- Chocolate Tastings: Taste different kinds of chocolate and learn about the process of making chocolate.
- Grind cacao using a traditional Mexican mano and metate.
- Test local pot sherds for chocolate residue.
- Contribute to the Museum's community art piece by crafting your favorite chocolate memory.
- Chocolate experts on hand sharing their knowledge of the plant, the products, and the culture of chocolate.

Join us for a Chocolate Blast! Learn about chocolate from local chocolate experts! Join us for a 15-minute mini-lecture and 15-minute Q&A on a variety of topics such as: the history of chocolate, the process of making chocolate, current archeological research focusing on chocolate residue on Fremont pottery, and Utah’s amazing chocolate scene.
