The Super Bloom Gala
The Super Bloom Gala is on Thursday, June 20, and is for invited guests, ages 21 and up, only.
NHMU Gala Chair, Madison Denkers, along with the 2024 Gala Planning Committee, invite you to don your wildest party attire and join us on Thursday, June 20, for the Natural History Museum of Utah's Super Bloom Gala, benefiting NHMU.
Join us for an unforgettable evening in our city’s most spectacular setting. Gala guests enjoy an outdoor reception on the Land Terrace, silent auction online and in Land, seated dinner and live auction in the Canyon, and dancing under the stars on the Sky Terrace.
All proceeds benefit the Natural History Museum of Utah and its exhibitions, scientific research, and one-of-a-kind programs that strive to illuminate the natural world and place of humans within it.

Images used for The Wild Gala are provided by the USGS Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center. The image above, taken from 438 miles above the earth’s surface, features one of the largest salt pans in the world. The vast, open expanse in Namibia is within Etosha National Park, protected since 1907. The wild patterns in this infrared interpretation develop from episodes of water evaporation following seasonal rains. The salt from the water is rearranged into new patterns every time the shallow water dries out. The surrounding blue shades are dry bushland savanna.
