2021 Spring Curatorial Breakfast
Mothering in the Past

Join NHMU Curator of Ethnography, Dr. Alexandra M. Greenwald to discover what mothers-to-be in prehistoric western North America could expect when they were expecting. Presenting ethnographic, archaeological, and experimental research, Alexandra will share details about early mothering practices, as well as the tools and technology available to women to help balance work and childcare.
