A team of scientists headed by Dr. Eric A. Rickart of the Natural History Museum of Utah has identified two new animal species, shrew-rats found only at particular zones in mountains on the island of Luzon, Philippines.
A graduate student is conducting research in the Natural History Museum of Utah’s genetics lab to uncover the secrets of how a fungus lives and grows, which can also provide insights into cancer.
Should you find yourself wandering by the City County building downtown Salt Lake City, take a moment to look up and inspect the decorations on the outside of the building. You may just spot an ornate, and familiar, many-horned face--Kosmoceratops.
