We're coming to Vernal!

Join us on Wednesday, April 23 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Utah Field House of Natural History State Park Museum

Surrounded by breathtaking geologic evidence of Earth's history, Utah Field House is the perfect site to explore how Earth's moving plates drive the formation of mountains, earthquakes, volcanoes, and the distribution of fossilized plants and animals. Through interactive exploration and discussion, you'll gain classroom-ready strategies to help students grasp the dynamic nature of our planet and its ever-changing surface.

Whether you're looking to strengthen your own content knowledge or bring new, exciting lessons into your curriculum, this workshop provides a unique opportunity to connect with fellow educators and science experts. Don't miss your chance to discover how to make Earth science more accessible and engaging for your students while exploring real-world examples from Utah's incredible geologic history!

Teachers will also get to tour Utah Field House of Natural History State Park Museum facilities with scientists and educators, and get an in-depth look at their educational programs. All educators will leave with hands-on lesson plans for their classes and 2 relicensure points.
