Hawk Talks: Owls & Vultures

Saturday, October 27, 2012 - 11:00am to 12:00pm
Natural History Museum of Utah - Naturalist Lab

Have you ever seen a raptor in the sky and wondered what it was?  Join Hawk Watch International to improve your raptor identification skills at Hawk Talks!  Learn how to identify birds in your neighborhood and learn about bird conservation efforts in Utah.

Owls and vultures are often considered the “black sheep” of the raptor world. Come learn more about them and even meet one of these “spooky” birds that remind of us of Halloween.

This is your opportunity to learn more about birds of prey and what HawkWatch International is doing to protect them and our shared environment.
