NHMU and the University of Utah are taking proactive steps to keep our community safe during the spread of coronavirus. For that reason, all upcoming NHMU events and programming have been cancelled. Learn more. If this event is rescheduled to return at a later date, this page will be updated when those details become available.

Discover what it's like to be a geologist. Join Emily Kleber to explore earthquake geology! See aerial photos in 3-dimensions and feel what happens during liquefaction. Try your hand at finding the fault in the dirt.

Scientist in the Spotlight is held on the first and third Friday of each month from 2–4 p.m. The program allows Museum guests to meet real scientists and discuss their research. See link below for additional scientists in the series.

Included in Museum admission, free to members and University of Utah faculty, staff, and students with a current U ID.
