Field Trip Facilitator Volunteer Position
Position Summary: Volunteers will be responsible for the orientation of K-12 school groups as they arrive to the Museum and will help to engage students with a variety of exhibits on the floor. This includes checking in, explaining Museum policies, setting and reinforcing expectations for conduct and help with lunches. Volunteers will work to ensure school groups feel accommodated and supported throughout their visit.

Supervisor: Program Specialist, Kris Work
Skills and Abilities:
- Enjoys working with students
- Comfortable managing large groups
- Comfortable learning basic skills to use programs on computers, iPods and iPads
- Capable of standing or walking for long periods
Time Commitment: One shift per week through June 6, 2014
Shifts available: Monday - Friday 9:00am -12:00pm
Age Requirement: 18 years minimum
Background checks are required for all volunteers.
