Guest Services Coordinator

The Guest Services Coordinator will supervise the day-to-day operations of a computerized admissions office and manage the delivery of extraordinary customer service by Guest Services staff at the admissions counter, ticket gate, and throughout the public spaces of the museum. 

Five years experience in box office ticket sales or equivalency required. An in-depth knowledge of accounting procedures, familiarity with ticketing software programs and computer hardware needs and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required. Supervisory experience preferred.
