2016 Indian Advisory Committee

The Indian Advisory Committee advises the Natural History Museum of Utah on a broad range of issues affecting the use, care, disposition and interpretation of Native American collections. Members assist in planning programs and exhibits that meet the needs of Indian communities in the Intermountain West, and in implementing NAGPRA, the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act. The Indian Advisory Committee has been integral in the interpretation of Utah's Native Peoples in our new Museum.
