Online Reservation Request for Self-Guided Field Trips

Self-Guided Field Trip Reservation Request Form


NHMU encourages that you bring at least the following adult to student ratios to ensure a successful field trip.

Pre-K, Elementary - 1 adult: 6 students

Middle School, Junior High, High School - 1 adult: 10 students

All chaperones that come with Utah public schools will receive FREE admission. There is no limit to the number of chaperones you can bring.

Preferred Visit Date

Advance reservation for lunch space is required.

Requesting lunch space does not guarantee a reservation – the lunchroom is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. If we can accommodate your request, details will be included in your confirmation email. If we cannot accommodate your request, you will need to make alternate arrangements, as there are no other designated spaces for school groups to eat either inside or outside of the Museum.
Lunchroom capacity is 88 - larger groups will require multiple lunch times.
