STEM Lab is a drop-in programming space where visitors can participate in open-ended science, technology, engineering, or math problem-solving activities.
During the 2019-2020 school year, activities will be themed around the 50th anniversary of the Apollo moon landing and the Nature All Around Us exhibition.
Anyone visiting the Museum while STEM Lab is open is welcome to drop-in, no sign-up is necessary. Check with staff during your arrival to learn if and where STEM Lab is being offered during your visit.
STEM Lab will be open most Tuesdays and Wednesdays during field trip hours.

Nature All Around Us
Utah's urban biodiversity will be explored in the exhibit Nature All Around Us, opening October 19, 2019. Once the exhibit opens, STEM Lab will feature a design challenge themed around this exhibit. Check back for more details closer to exhibit opening!
