Very clean. We have increased the frequency of cleaning throughout the Museum. All high-touch hard surfaces are frequently disinfected using EPA-recommended, COVID-19-effective cleaning solutions. These surfaces include door handles, rails, push bars, all bathroom surfaces, customer-service counters, benches, touch screens, elevator buttons, tables, chairs, and trash receptacles.

Note that the Museum’s open plan, high ceilings, and commercial-grade ventilation helps maintain clean air inside the building. We have also implemented new ways of interacting with exhibits; you will be provided with a stylus to activate touch screens, push buttons, and rotate dials and ID wheels throughout the Museum.

Yes! We are open Wednesday nights until 9 p.m. At this time, our $5 after 5 p.m. offer is not available and tickets will be full price.

Please arrive within 30 minutes after your selected arrival time. If you arrive before your reserved time and we are near capacity in the galleries, we ask that you wait in your vehicle or outside the building until your designated arrival time. If capacity has not yet been reached and you would prefer to enter sooner, our staff will try to accommodate you. 

If you miss your reserved time, our staff will try to fit you in at the next available time that day. Please note, the Museum closes at 5 p.m. each day and 9 p.m. on Wednesday. We recommend arriving no later than 4 p.m. or 8 p.m.

Due to our unexpected closure in March of 2020, we have extended all Museum Memberships active during that time by 6 months. If you have not yet received an email or letter from us outlining your member benefits, visit our Member Help page.

The Museum Store is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and open late until 9 p.m. on Wednesdays. The Museum's Canyon Café is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and closed Tuesdays (hours subject to change). You are permitted to bring your own food and drink into the Museum, but please note that table space will be limited. As always, food and drinks are not permitted in the galleries. Please remember to discard your items in appropriate receptacles.

Wheelchairs are still available for guest checkout. They are sanitized before and after every use. Strollers are currently not available and at this time the coat room is closed.
