About the Workshop

Test your tasting skills and enhance your appreciation of fine cheese and the folks who spend their lives making it! Join the director of Harmons Specialty Cheese program, Mariah Ballard, to learn everything you ever wanted to know about cheese but were afraid to ask- where cheese is made, how cheese is made, and how cheese is classified.

This workshop is presented by Mariah Ballard, Harmons Director of Specialty Cheese.
