The Curious Case of the Fairview Mammoth

This special teacher workshop will be held on Monday, March 23rd in Fairview, UT
Step into a mystery at the museum! In this free educator workshop, teachers will team up to investigate the curious case of the Fairview Mammoth, Spirit, and enjoy an after-hours guided tour of the Fairview Museum with museum staff.
Hosted in partnership with the Natural History Museum of Utah and the Fairview Museum of Art and History, this interactive evening blends science, history, and storytelling in a fun, classroom-ready experience. Participants will earn 2 hours of relicensure credit and leave with a ready-to-implement lesson plan!
This workshop is designed to reinforce 6th grade SEEd standard 6.4 (Stability & Change in Ecosystems) as well as various Science and Engineering Practices and Crosscutting Concepts. All educators are welcome to attend!
