The Museum is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m every day. On Wednesdays, we are open until 9 p.m.
Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets online to expedite entry by receiving tickets in advance via email. If a guest wishes to apply a discount to their ticket purchase, it must be done so at the Museum's admission desk.

Are you open Wednesday nights?
Yes! We are open Wednesday nights until 9 p.m.
What if I arrive earlier or later than my reserved ticket time?
Please arrive within 30 minutes after your selected arrival time. If you arrive before your reserved time and we are near capacity in the galleries, we ask that you wait in your vehicle or outside the building until your designated arrival time. If capacity has not yet been reached and you would prefer to enter sooner, our staff will try to accommodate you.
If you miss your reserved time, our staff will try to fit you in at the next available time that day. Please note, the Museum closes at 5 p.m. each day and 9 p.m. on Wednesday. We recommend arriving no later than 4 p.m. or 8 p.m.

Are the Museum Café and Museum Store open?
The Museum Store is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and open late until 9 p.m. on Wednesdays. The Museum's Canyon Café is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Museum admission is not required to enjoy either the store or café. You are permitted to bring your own food and drink into the Museum, but please note that table space will be limited. As always, food and drinks are not permitted in the galleries. Please remember to discard your items in appropriate receptacles.
Are wheelchairs and stroller rentals still available? What about the coat room?
Wheelchairs are still available for guest checkout. They are sanitized before and after every use. Strollers are currently not available and at this time the coat room is closed.
