The Natural History Museum of Utah invites you to explore the world with Dressler Detours—a boutique travel company offering bespoke itineraries that explore some of the world’s most beautiful and culturally rich destinations with knowledge experts. 

One lucky winner and a guest will have the chance to travel the world with Dressler Detours with a double-occupancy trip for two on any of the 2025 detour destinations.

Plus, with small group sizes and focus on slower travel, you’ll have the chance to make connections with your fellow travelers, trip leaders, and the people in the place you are traveling.

Your participation in this Opportunity Drawing helps to advance the Natural History Museum of Utah's scientific work, educational programs, and awe-inspiring exhibitions. 

A few things to note about the drawing and trip:

• Suggested ticket price contributions are not tax-deductible. Consult your tax advisor regarding individual circumstances. Estimated retail value: $13,390.
• Valid for one double-occupancy trip on any of the available Dressler Detours trips offered in 2025.
• Includes the price of all admissions to sights seen as a group; tours by local guides, meals as listed in the trip itinerary; accommodations each night of the detour including breakfasts; all domestic flights; all transportation required for group activities from the first hotel to the last hotel of the detour including inter-country flights (transportation for optional group activities and independent travel during the detour is not included), travel consultations and advice from our staff, guides, and vendors including suggestions, tips, and directions, and all trip leader, local guide, driver, and hotel tips.
• International airfare or ground transportation to/from the airport is not included and must be arranged by the traveler.
• The voucher is non-transferable, is non-redeemable for cash, is not valid with any other promotion, and cannot be re-sold or re-auctioned.
• We recommend making your trip reservations as soon as possible. Cancellations within 90 days will void voucher.
• Trip must be completed by December 31, 2025.
• Dates subject to availability and Dressler Detours trips are subject to change.

THE FINE PRINT

The suggested ticket price to participate in this drawing is $100/ticket giving you a chance to win and at the same time generously supporting the Museum and its educational programs. No more than 500 Opportunity Drawing tickets are available; limit is 10 tickets per person. The winner will be announced at the Natural History Museum of Utah’s annual fundraising program on June 20, 2024. No purchase is necessary, and you need not be present for NHMU’s fundraising program to win.
