Join NHMU's Teacher Ambassador Group
Kindergarten though 6th Grade teachers are invited to apply for NHMU's Teacher Ambassador Group. Help provide feedback and evaluation to improve NHMU's school program offerings including field trips, teacher resources, and outreach. This is the first full-year cohort of Teacher Ambassadors for the 2025-2026 school year. We encourage teachers from all across Utah to apply!
What to expect:
- One in-person retreat at NHMU on July 15th (lodging will be provided for teachers traveling farther than 60 miles)
- Monthly virtual meetings on the third Wednesday evening of the month from August 2025 to May 2026
We are looking to recruit teachers with varying backgrounds from districts across the state. The application will take less than 15 minutes to complete.
Timeline and details:
- Applications open now through June 15, 2025.
- Applicants will be notified of decision by the end of June.
- Monthly meetings will take place on third Wednesdays after school hours, but the exact time will be determined based on cohort availability and preference.
- $500 stipend will be provided to all teachers participating in the 2025-2026 Teacher Ambassador Group cohort.
