Made in collaboration with Utah Diné Bikéyah and Red Butte Garden. The Four Corners Potato is an important food in Diné culture. Explore indigenous foods through the history and modern day usage of the Four Corners Potato. This toolbox is created for High School audiences.
What's in the Indigenous Food Toolbox?
This toolbox's main foucs is curriculum and online resources with few physical objects.
Materials include: paper, colored pencils, magnifying glasses. bentonite clay, greasewood stirring stick, Bears Ears National Monument Map, and 10 Hard Foam Plant Illustrations.
