Scouting of America: Build a Raft for Tiger Cub Scouts

Tigers, are you ready to help Sam and Sarah build a raft that floats? Join us for an engaging session that covers the requirements for electives Designed by Tiger and Floats & Boats! In this adventure, Tigers will explore the science behind sinking and floating and then use LEGO® educational kits to construct their own rafts. We’ll put those rafts to the test to see if they can handle the challenge. Remember, at least one adult per four Tiger Cubs is required—no solo Tigers allowed. Pre-registration is required to secure your spot, so sign up now for a splashing good time!

Please note: Pre-registration is required. Online registration closes one week before the event. You’ll receive an email with check-in location and further information 3-5 days prior to session.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, email programs@nhmu.utah.edu with the confirmation/order number, no later than two weeks prior to the program start date/time. If we can fill your spot, you’ll receive a 90% refund. If we are unable to fill your spot, you’ll receive a 75% refund.
