Scouting of America: Forensics for Bear Cubs

Join us for an exciting workshop where Bear Cubs will investigate the fascinating world of forensics! You’ll sharpen your observation skills, analyze fingerprints, create shoe impressions, and use chromatography to separate colors, all while discovering how these techniques help solve crimes. Complete all requirements for the Forensics Adventure, plus receive a Museum participation patch. Don’t miss this chance to explore the thrilling field of forensic science! Adults are welcome to attend with their Scout; solo Bear Cubs are also allowed. Pre-registration is required.

Please note: Pre-registration is required. Online registration closes one week before the event. You’ll receive an email with check-in location and further information 3-5 days prior to session.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, email programs@nhmu.utah.edu with the confirmation/order number, no later than two weeks prior to the program start date/time. If we can fill your spot, you’ll receive a 90% refund. If we are unable to fill your spot, you’ll receive a 75% refund.
