Volunteer Positions

Junior Science Academy Classroom Assistant - JSA Classroom Assistant volunteers serve an essential role in sparking excitement, curiosity, and an appreciation for the natural world in 4th and 5th grade students visiting the Museum.

STEM Education Facilitator - STEM Education Facilitators perform a critical role in providing a playful space where field trip visitors can explore puzzling problems, design imaginative solutions, and where failure is simply part of the creative learning process.

Exhibits Mountmaking Volunteer - The Exhibits Department is seeking volunteers to assist with the preparation of a major temporary exhibition exploring the rich tradition of basketmaking in Utah. 

Please note:

• A criminal background check is required for all volunteer positions at the Museum for participants over the age of 18.
