Nature All Around Us

The Natural History Museum of Utah's exhibitions are rich in incredible artifacts offering countless opportunities to study our state's natural history. From ancient past worlds to present day inhabitants, Museum guests come away with a greater understanding of the natural wonder and the cultural heritage of this amazing place. 

Now, we invite you to explore NHMU's exhibitions from the comfort of your own home in a series of engaging videos. These are not just simple tours of the Museum's spaces, but lessons in natural history led by NHMU's expert scientists and educators.

In Episode Five, we visit Nature All Around Usa special exhibit developed by NHMU that explores the nature thriving in Utah's cities and towns. The hosts of our tour introduce us to a sampling of the nature in our communities, encourage us to use our senses to make discoveries, and explain how you can become a Citizen Scientist and help further research conducted by NHMU's scientists.
