Wild World's newest animal ambassador is here! Born in late July, mama chinchilla Minccino welcomed a healthy domestic chinchilla kit to the world. Over the following weeks, NHMU gathered over 200 name suggestions via social media, and wildlife educators form Little Ray's Nature Centre landed on 10 finalists!

With over 3,000 votes, our winning name is Chili, submitted by @moonntasha and @kennnels6 on Instagram.
