Indulge your taste buds at the Utah Food Festival, Saturday and Sunday, May 3 and 4 at the Natural History Museum of Utah (NHMU). This event celebrates Utah and the Mountain West region's rich culinary heritage, showcasing everything from ancestral foods to contemporary fare. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample and shop from local artisans, delve into engaging workshops led by culinary experts, and enrich their knowledge of food history through insightful presentations.

Join us for a weekend filled with flavor, learning, and community as we celebrate the diverse food culture that makes Utah special. Whether you are a food enthusiast, a curious learner, or simply looking for a fun outing, the Utah Food Festival promises to be an unforgettable experience.
The festival is included with Museum admission, which is free for Museum Members. However, workshops require additional fees. Given the popularity of this event, both festival admission tickets and workshops tend to sell out quickly. Guests, including Museum Members, are encouraged to reserve admission and workshops in advance to ensure they don’t miss out on this unique culinary experience.
