Tickets to the Museum purchased online via NHMU’s website are valid for six months from the date of purchase. If you wish to attend on a different day than specified at time of purchase, simply present original tickets to the Museum’s admission desk upon your arrival. Tickets are transferable to different dates based upon space availability. Additional limitations may apply.

Tickets purchased online provide admission to all the Museum’s galleries. There is no additional charge for special exhibitions.
The Natural History Museum of Utah is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and remains open until 9 p.m. on Wednesday evenings. The Museum is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day and closes early at 5 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. On rare occasion, the Museum will close early for other special events.
