If you need to transfer your registration:
Because we understand that life happens and people get sick, the Youth & Family Programs Department has updated our transfer policy. If you or your child are unable to attend a Youth & Family program, you may transfer your registration to another person / family. However, please do your utmost to get us this information at least a few days prior to the scheduled program and be sure to contact the Coordinator so that she and her staff know who to expect at check-in. Email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the name of the person originally registered for the program and the name and contact information of the person taking your place.
If you need to cancel your registration:
• If your cancelation request is received 15 or more days prior to the program, you will receive a 90% refund
• If your cancelation request is received 8—14 days prior to the registered program, you will receive a 50% refund
• If you request a cancelation 7 or fewer days prior to the registered program, no refund will be issued

The above policy does not apply to NHMU Summer Camp or Birthday Party programming.
