Two ways to transfer your registration:
If you need to transfer your child out of one program and into a different program, you may do so until one week before the original program date/time. Please register your child for the desired program and then email the Coordinator at . Let us know from which program you need to withdraw your child. A refund, less a 15% transfer fee, will be credited to your credit card for the original program.
Because we understand that life happens and people get sick, the Youth & Family Programs Department will allow you to transfer your child's registration to another person / family. However, you must get us this information to us at least 3 days prior to the scheduled program date/time and contact the Coordinator so that we can make the necessary adjustments. Email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the name of the person originally registered for the program and the name and contact information of the person taking your place.
Due to supply and staffing commitments, no transfers from one program to another can be made—and no refunds or credits will be given—for cancellations made 7 or fewer days prior to the original program date/time. If a program does not reach its minimum enrollment, you will be notified at least one week before the starting date/time and your registration fee will be fully refunded. Allow up to a week for refund.
If you need to cancel your registration:
• If your cancellation request is received 15 or more days prior to the program, you will receive a 75% refund
• If your cancellation request is received 8—14 days prior to the registered program, you will receive a 50% refund
• If you request a cancellation 7 or fewer days prior to the registered program, no refund will be issued

The above policy does not apply to NHMU Summer Camp or Birthday Party programming.
