Natural History Museum Partner Field Trips

Red Butte Garden

All Red Butte Garden and Natural History Museum of Utah Partner Field Trip Experiences are full for the 2022-2023 school year.
Bring your students for a field trip and enjoy both a chaperone-led plant-filled field class at Red Butte Garden and a dino-mite self-guided field trip at the Natural History Museum of Utah!
Groups with more than 60 students will be split into two groups. Limited to a total of 120 students. Visits booked to NHMU and the Garden on the same day outside of the arranged joint field trip experience are strongly discouraged due to scheduling complexities.

Focused Learning Field Trip Day: April 26th, 2023. These field trip days are geared toward being accessible to neurodiverse students and students with special needs. Each facility will have special accommodations and volunteer-led activities. Feedback from this day will help NHMU and RBG improve programming for all students. Stay tuned for more information. Utah Museum of Fine Arts

Students practice critical thinking skills and discover cultural connections through art and artifact discoveries at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts and Natural History Museum of Utah! Groups larger than 60 will be split in two groups and start at different locations. Limited to a total of 120 students.
