Request a Partner Field Trip

Requests for the 2026-27 school year will open on August 3rd at 10am.

Thank you for your interest in visiting the Natural History Museum of Utah and one of our Field Trip Partners!

Requests for the Red Butte/NHMU Partner Field Trips are going through the Natural History Museum of Utah.

Please note the following:

Field Trip exploration and lunch times are pre-scheduled for all partnership field trips.
All Red Butte/NHMU Joint Field Trip Experiences have a 9:30am arrival time.
All Clark Planetarium/NHMU Field Trips have a 9:30am arrival time.
All UMFA/NHMU Field Trips have a 10:00am arrival time.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation.
Requests should be submitted at least 10 business days prior to your desired visit date.
Watch for your confirmation email or contact from field trip staff within 10 business days.

Occurrences on the calendar indicate that we still have some availability on that date. If you don't see an occurrence on the date you are interested in, there is no more availability on that date.
